This policy covers adlabsofficial.com, the website of Adlabs Wellness & Performance in Norman, Oklahoma. It explains what information this site handles when you visit, and the choices you have.
This website doesn't ask for your name, your email, or anything about your health. There are no forms and no accounts. Like most websites, it uses standard analytics and advertising tools that recognize your browser with cookies. Booking happens on a separate platform, Jane, and your care itself is handled in the clinic, not on this site.
Nothing you type, because there's nothing to type into. The only information collected here is the standard technical data the tools below gather automatically: which pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (city level), and how you found us, for example through an ad or a search.
We use three common tools, and they use cookies or similar identifiers:
Google Analytics measures how the site is used, so we know which pages help and which don't. Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) measure whether our ads work, including recording when a visitor clicks a Book button. That click event says a button was pressed. It carries no health details, because we don't have any to attach.
These providers process this data on our behalf under their own privacy terms: Google and Meta.
Every Book button on this site takes you to Jane, the practice management platform we use, on its own domain (adlabsofficial.janeapp.com). Anything you enter there, like your name and contact details, is collected by Jane on our behalf and covered by Jane's privacy policy and our clinic's privacy practices.
No medical or health information is collected through this website. Your records as a patient live in our clinic systems and are protected under our clinic privacy practices, which we're happy to walk you through. Questions about your patient records should go to the front desk, not this website.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works fine without them. You can also opt out of the specific tools we use: the Google Analytics opt-out, Meta ad preferences, and the industry-wide AboutAds opt-out.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it beyond the service providers named above, who process it only to provide the services described here.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
