Six years in practice, and the same pattern kept showing up. Patients who had been everywhere: other chiropractors, physical therapists, their doctor. They'd gotten temporary relief, or no real answers at all.
The problem wasn't that those providers weren't skilled. It was that the system they operated in didn't give them the time, the freedom, or the incentive to actually solve the problem. Insurance-driven care runs on volume. Volume kills intentionality.
Adlabs was built to remove that constraint entirely.
No insurance means no predetermined protocols, no session caps, no rushing. It means we do what we think your case actually needs, not what's reimbursable. It means we spend real time with you.
Most insurance-based clinics are running 15-minute appointments and billing the same code regardless of what happened in that room. That's not care. That's administration.
Sessions at Adlabs run 25 to 60 minutes, built around your case. See what that looks like across our services, or read what to expect on your first visit.
The goal is to get you to a point where you don't need us — then to be the place you come to perform, maintain, and age well. We treat aggressively early because we want you better, and then we step back. The measure isn't how full our schedule is. It's how our patients are doing.
But we're honest about what stepping back means. Aches, pain, and longevity don't get solved once and forgotten. They get managed. Pain cycles. Injuries happen, especially to people who train, lift, run, or chase kids around. A body that gets used needs attention now and then.
So we don't keep anyone at two or three visits a week forever — that's not care, that's a subscription. We find your maintenance point: the least work that holds you at your best, doing what you love, without the old problem creeping back. For most people it's far less than they expect.
And that's where it compounds, because maintenance is prevention. The members who stay there are the ones we see with fewer flare-ups, less day-to-day pain, better performance, and a better quality of life. When a flare-up does come, we already know your history and what worked last time.
The clinic is the start. The training space is where the next phase happens: functional rehab that carries people from injury back to full capacity, and keeps them there. The long-term vision is a clinic that handles the full continuum — from the day something hurts to the years you spend performing well past the age most people accept decline.
Six years in practice. I start every case the same way: figure out what's actually driving the problem before treating anything. Most of what walks through the door has been treated at the symptom level for years, and the fix starts with a better question. My job is to get you out of pain fast, then make sure the reason it happened gets corrected so we're not doing this again in six months.
Madison's specialty is focused, clinical massage: targeted work built around a specific problem, coordinated with your treatment plan when you have one. Patients who see her consistently tend to stop needing rescue visits. She adjusts to what your body actually needs that day, not a fixed routine.
One visit is all it takes to find out what's going on. We'll treat you the same day and hand you a plan.
